WATS does not in anyway condone violence, let alone to helpless animals, however, if we see this man or any man like him they better watch out, because this makes us Incredible Hulk angry!!!!!!!!
A young man in the Philippines has caused worldwide outrage by posting pictures of his poor puppy being pegged to a clothesline on Facebook. He initially ignored requests from animal lovers to take the photos down, stating he would not go to jail for "washing" his dog, that was until thousands of members of the public and animal rights activists, such as PETA, got wind of the situation.
Now they're out for blood, and rightly so, as a representative for PETA has stated:
Philippine authorities are still trying to track down the man in question, with hope of bringing him to justice over the matter."We hope that Philippine prosecutors will take action and prosecute this young man. This is not child's play, this is blatant animal cruelty."
This really upsets us, so disgusting!!!!!
