Mother Monster might be getting the cold shoulder in Lebanon, but that doesn't mean she will stop fighting for basic human rights in other parts of the world!!!
Lady Gaga is the creator of one of the fastest selling albums of the year, Born This Way, however, the Lebanon Government have banned stores from selling her album, due to its "alleged insults to Christianity" and "its all around 'bad taste.'"
This is a travesty, will some please think of the gay Lebanese children!!!!!
This hasn't stopped Gaga from taking the human rights bull by the hands and riding it's float all the way into Rome's Gay Pride Parade next Saturday. Symbolising the fight for gay rights, and the end to Europe's 2011 Euro Pride, Circus Maximus will see Mother Monster front and centre surrounded by all her kin. U.S. Ambassador to Italy David Thorne had this to say:
"[We are] very proud to have an Italian-American artist of her stature [come to the Italian capital.]"The thing that people don't realise is that Lady Gaga is a woman of faith, her believes in God, and that he loves all his creations, including the gays. That's all she fights for, equality, nothing more, nothing less. Get on board Lebanon!!!
